AI CRM Pricing Report, Q3 2026
Between July 1 and September 25, 2026, the nine CRM vendors in our pricing index made 15 changes to their pricing or packaging that we logged, and eight of the nine changed at least once. Lightfield alone accounts for four. Seven of the nine now meter AI in credits, one includes it in the seat, and one prices per agent. Every figure below is counted from our own dated verification log, not estimated.

These are changes we logged, not every change the vendors made. We re-read each vendor's pricing page on a cadence of roughly two weeks. Two changes between passes show up as one, and a change is dated to the pass that caught it unless the vendor published its own date. The September count is partly a measure of when we looked.
We sell one of the products in this report. Ahoy's row is counted by the same rules as everyone else's, and every number links to the vendor page it came from, where the vendor's own pricing page is one click away.
Lightfield: four changes, five sets of prices. Elsewhere on this site we write that Lightfield has repriced five times since July. That counts the five price sets it has published; this report counts the four changes between them. Both describe the same log.
Prices are USD list prices as published on the date shown. Some vendors localize by region (Attio shows euros or pounds outside the US), and custom-priced top tiers are left out of every entry price.
The headline numbers
- 15 pricing or packaging changes logged across nine vendors since July 1, 2026. Fourteen touched prices, credit allowances, or discounts; one (Clarify, September 25) moved features between tiers with prices unchanged.
- 8 of 9 vendors changed at least once. HubSpot is the exception: it renamed Breeze credits to HubSpot Credits, which we do not count as a price change.
- 4 changes from Lightfield, the most of any vendor, followed by Clarify with 3 and Zero and Day.ai with 2 each.
- 7 of 9 meter AI in credits: Attio, Clarify, Lightfield, Octolane, Zero, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Ahoy includes AI in the seat. Day.ai caps automated skill slots per agent instead. Among the seven AI-native vendors alone, five meter in credits.
- 6 of 7 credit-metered vendors publish what a credit costs or is worth. Lightfield withdrew its per-credit rates in September.
- 9 of 9 now publish at least one paid price, up from 7 of 9 when the index launched on July 30. Zero (September 15) and Ahoy (August 21) were the two that did not.
- $35 to $89 per seat per month is the entry range for the five AI-native vendors that price per seat or per user: Attio $35, Octolane $39, Zero $77 ($60 at launch pricing), Ahoy $79, and Lightfield $89. The median is $77. Clarify prices per workspace and Day.ai per agent, so neither fits on the same line.

Every change we logged since July 1
This is the raw material for the counts above, one row per dated log entry. The fuller wording, including what stayed the same, is in the changelog at the bottom of each vendor page and on the index changelog.
| Date | Vendor | What changed |
|---|---|---|
| July 2026 | Attio | Repriced. The resulting tiers, recorded on our first pass on July 30, are Free (up to 3 seats), Plus at $35 and Pro at $79 per seat per month on annual billing, with AI credits at both seat and workspace level. No price or credit changes since. |
| Jul 26 | Lightfield | Simple per-seat pricing replaced by a $899-per-workspace plan billed annually, with seat add-ons and a monthly AI credit pool. |
| Aug 14 | Lightfield | Workspace plan and seat ladder dropped. Every plan gets unlimited seats and prices on credits with published rates: Pro $849 a month with 330,000 credits a year, Growth $1,999. |
| Aug 21 | Ahoy | Published its prices for the first time: Starter $79 per seat per month billed annually ($99 monthly), Pro $165 billed annually, Growth custom. AI included in the seat. |
| Sep 3 | Lightfield | Pro moved from $849 to $1,000 a month and from 330,000 to 400,000 credits a year; Growth from $1,999 to $2,000. |
| Sep 3 | Clarify | Growth priced from $1,000 a month with 100,000 credits (previously custom). Starter gained a $40 annual rate. The published per-action credit menu shrank to two example rates. |
| Sep 3 | Zero | First stated price, in its llms.txt: $60 per seat per month with 100 credits per seat. Metering moved from unknown to credits. |
| Sep 3 | Day.ai | Turbo dropped from $25 to $24 per agent per month. The free-colleague rule now requires a Professional or Executive agent in the workspace. |
| Sep 3 | Octolane | Enterprise AI credits became unlimited, a limited-time bonus-credit promotion appeared on paid tiers, and a done-for-you setup add-on went on sale from $2,500. |
| Sep 3 | Salesforce | Sales Cloud editions relaunched: Core $195, Advanced $395, and Max $550 per user per month replace Enterprise, Unlimited, and Agentforce 1 Sales, with Agentforce bundled from Core. |
| Sep 15 | Zero | Pricing page launched with self-serve signup: Pro $77 per seat per month billed annually, held at a $60 launch price for 12 months, 500 credits per seat, Scale custom with a ten-seat minimum. Logged on our September 17 pass. |
| Sep 17 | Lightfield | Back to seats: Starter $89 per user per month billed monthly, Pro $999 and Growth $1,999 a month per workspace, extra capture seats $200. Per-credit rates and annual allowances withdrawn from the pricing page. |
| Sep 17 | Clarify | Starter became a four-rung credit ladder, $50 to $400 a month ($40 to $320 billed annually). A new Enterprise tier took SSO, SCIM, warehouse access, and the dedicated CSM from Growth. The top-up price was removed. |
| Sep 17 | Day.ai | An automatic volume-discount ladder appeared on the pricing page from 21 agents, down to $12, $30, and $117 per agent at 301 agents and up. |
| Sep 25 | Clarify | Packaging only, prices unchanged: warehouse access and the dedicated CSM moved back to Growth, SSO, SCIM, and role-based access stayed on Enterprise, and Growth gained a 750,000-record cap. |
What the numbers say
The churn sits almost entirely with the young vendors. Salesforce changed once, in a planned relaunch with a date on it, and HubSpot not at all. Lightfield, Clarify, Zero, and Day.ai account for 11 of the 15 changes between them, and all four moved in the first half of September. If you are evaluating an AI-native CRM this quarter, I would treat any price you read more than a month ago as a lead to check rather than a fact.
Transparency moved in both directions. Zero went from a 404 to a full pricing page with per-operation credit costs, and we went from "per-seat, three tiers" to published numbers in August. Over the same weeks Lightfield took its per-credit rates off its pricing page and Clarify removed its top-up price, so two of the credit-metered vendors now tell you less about the unit you are actually paying for than they did in August. In my experience that unit, not the seat sticker, is where the real cost of a metered plan ends up.
Credits are the default now. When I started the index in July, two of these nine vendors published no prices at all, and one of them was us. Today every vendor publishes a price, and seven of nine attach a credit meter to the AI. Ahoy is the one that does not, which is a choice we made and you should weigh accordingly: included AI makes the bill predictable, and metered AI lets a light user pay less. Your usage decides which is cheaper, so estimate a month of it before you compare anything.
Methodology
Source. Every number here comes from our own verification log for the AI-native CRM pricing index: the dated changelog on each vendor page and the index changelog. Full passes over every vendor ran on July 30, August 8, September 3, and September 17, 2026, with targeted re-checks on August 14 (Lightfield), August 21 (Ahoy), and September 25 (Ahoy, Clarify, Lightfield, and Zero). Lightfield's July 26 change was observed before the index launched. Each pass reads the vendor's live pricing page, and its llms.txt where a vendor stated prices there before it had a pricing page.
What counts as a change. One dated log entry that records a change the vendor made to a price, a tier, a credit allowance or rate, a discount, or which features sit on which tier. Several edits caught in the same pass count once. Not counted: passes where nothing changed, corrections of our own earlier wording, details we recorded for the first time that the vendor had not changed, renames, and funding announcements. The window is July 1 to September 25, 2026; Attio's July repricing is dated to the month because we first recorded it on July 30.
Entry price. The lowest published paid price for one seat or user, in USD, as the vendor lists it, with the billing term it states. Free tiers and custom-priced tiers are excluded. Where a launch discount applies, the list price is used for the range and the discount is shown alongside.
How AI is priced. "Credits" means the vendor meters AI work in credits or a credit allowance, including allowances stated in dollars. "Included" means AI work is part of the seat price with no meter. Day.ai's per-agent skill slots fit neither and are shown separately.
Who is in it. The seven AI-native vendors tracked in the index, including Ahoy, plus HubSpot and Salesforce as incumbent reference points. The set was fixed before counting and nobody was added or dropped to change a total.
