Day.ai's published pricing as of September 17, 2026: Free, Turbo at $30 a month, Professional at $75, and Executive at $250 - per deployed AI agent, not per human seat - falling to $24, $60, and $200 on annual billing. The pricing page now carries a working monthly/annual toggle that defaults to the annual view, so the $24 / $60 / $200 figures most guides quote (ours included, until today) are the discounted annual rates rather than list prices. A volume ladder discounts further from 21 agents up. Each tier carries a number of "automated skill slots" (0, 2, 5, and 10), and once a workspace has at least one Professional or Executive agent, colleagues without an agent use basic features free. Day.ai remains the structural outlier of the AI-native CRM field: you are not buying seats, you are staffing agents.

How Day.ai meters AI
The meter is the skill slot: each tier caps how many automated skills an agent can run (0 on Free, 2 on Turbo, 5 on Professional, 10 on Executive). More automation per agent means a higher tier, so the bill scales with what the agents do rather than with how many humans log in.
Volume discounts now sit on the pricing page, applied automatically and quoted against annual billing paid upfront: 1 to 20 agents pay $24 / $60 / $200 by tier, 21 to 50 pay $22 / $54 / $180 (10% off), 51 to 100 pay $19 / $48 / $144 (20% to 28% off), 101 to 300 pay $17 / $42 / $130 (31% to 35% off), and 301 or more pay $12 / $30 / $117 (42% to 50% off).
Once a workspace has at least one Professional or Executive agent, colleagues without an agent use basic features free, and the workspace can add low-cost Turbo agents for general productivity - the inverse of the usual free-seat cap. A 10-person team with two deployed Professional agents pays $120 per month on annual billing, or $150 monthly, not 10 seats.
Details worth knowing
The 20% annual discount is now a self-serve toggle on the pricing page, though the FAQ below it still says to contact Day.ai to set annual billing up. We record both rather than resolve the contradiction. Day.ai's trust page states SOC 2 Type II.
Day.ai has added GTM Brain, which it calls a "RevOps Harness": a way to deploy, evaluate, and update agent behavior across the workforce from Claude Code or Codex, invoked with an npx command against a company brain directory. It is the clearest sign yet that Day.ai is building for operators who script their agents rather than click them together.

Numbers you may see elsewhere
Per-agent pricing confuses per-seat comparison tables, and some roundups list Day.ai's figures as if they were seat prices. They are not: a team's bill depends on deployed agents and their tiers, not headcount. There is a second trap underneath that one - the pricing page opens on the annual view, so a figure copied without touching the toggle understates the monthly price by 20%. If a listing shows "Day.ai $24 per user," it has made both mistakes at once.
