The Ahoy referral program
Commission on the first contract · one-time
Know a team that should be running on Ahoy? Introduce us. If they become a customer, you earn a commission on their first contract - one payment for one good introduction, with the terms confirmed in writing the moment your intro lands. No tracking links, no account management, no strings for them: they pay the same as buying direct, and get priority onboarding for arriving through someone who knows us.

01 · Introduce
You connect us with a company we are not already talking to - an intro email or their details through the form. We confirm it qualifies right away.
02 · We take it from there
We run the demo, answer the hard questions, and handle migration and onboarding. Your name stays attached to the referral throughout.
03 · You get paid
They sign, their first contract is paid, and your commission comes to you. Confirmed in writing at the intro, settled after the contract is paid.

Why we pay for introductions
Ahoy is an AI-native CRM, and we sell it the old-fashioned way: a demo, a conversation, a decision. The best of those conversations start with someone the buyer already trusts saying "you should look at this." That introduction is worth real money to us - more than another ad impression ever will be - so we pay for it like it is. Send the intro and we confirm your commission in writing before anything else happens.
Who it fits
Operators & founders
Your network asks you which CRM to use. Now the answer you were giving away for free pays a commission on the first contract.
Investors & advisors
Portfolio companies burn months on CRM decisions. One intro gets them a demo, priority onboarding, and you a thank-you that scales with the deal.
Customers
You already know what the agents do all day. The most credible referral is a team that uses Ahoy telling a team that should.
The common thread: you know a specific company and can make a warm introduction. If instead you run your clients' revenue systems and want to demo, sell, and manage Ahoy yourself, the partner program pays 20% recurring for exactly that.
How it works
01
Send the intro
Email hello@ahoy.ai connecting us with the company, or send their details and we will reach out warmly, in your name if you want.
02
We confirm it qualifies
Quick check that they are new to our pipeline, then your referral is confirmed in writing. No ambiguity about who gets credit.
03
We run the sale
Demo, questions, migration plan, onboarding - all on us. Referred companies get priority onboarding and hands-on migration help.
04
You get paid
When their first contract is paid, your commission is paid - typically by bank transfer. One payment per company, no cap on companies.
Frequently asked questions
How much does the Ahoy referral program pay?
A commission on the referred company's first contract, paid once, after that contract is paid. We confirm the exact terms in writing when your introduction lands - before you have spent anything but an email. One good introduction, one payment, nothing to maintain afterward.
Who can be a referral partner?
Anyone with a company in mind that should be running on Ahoy: customers, operators, founders, investors, advisors, or friends of the company. You do not need an Ahoy account. If you would rather manage the account and earn recurring commission, that is the partner program instead.
What counts as a successful referral?
You introduce us to a company we are not already talking to, they take a demo, and they sign their first contract. Referrals cannot be for your own company, and if two people refer the same company, the first introduction wins. When you send an intro we will confirm quickly whether the company qualifies, so there are no surprises later.
Does the company I refer pay more?
No. They pay the same as buying directly - the commission comes out of our side, not on top of theirs. They also get priority onboarding and hands-on migration help, so the introduction is a favor to them, not just to us.
Is this an affiliate scheme with tracking links?
No. There are no links to scatter and no cookies to argue about. A referral is an introduction: an email connecting us, or their details through the form, and we take it from there. If you share your involvement publicly - a post, a recommendation list - just disclose that you have a referral relationship with us.
How and when do I get paid?
We confirm the referral and your commission terms in writing when the intro lands, and pay after the company's first contract is paid - typically by bank transfer. US referral partners earning $600 or more in a year will be asked for a W-9, as the IRS requires.
Can I refer more than one company?
Yes. There is no cap - each introduction is judged on its own, and each successful one pays its own commission.
What is the difference between a referral partner and a partner?
A referral partner makes the introduction and steps back: we run the demo, close the sale, and onboard the team, and you earn a one-time commission on the first contract. A partner demos, sells, and actively manages the account, and earns 20% of subscription revenue every cycle for as long as they manage it. Introduce once, or manage ongoing.
