Free HubSpot Audit
Most teams know their HubSpot portal has problems. Very few know the numbers. It's a 45-minute call. You share your screen and walk us through the portal, and we talk you through what we're seeing: how many contacts have no owner, how many deals went stale without anyone closing them, and how many paid seats nobody has signed into this quarter.
It's free, the written summary is yours to keep, and if the portal is in good shape we'll say so. Sessions are run by one of our founders, so availability is limited.
What we look at
Most portals have some version of the same five problems. The scale is what varies, and that's the part you can't judge from the inside.
| Area | What we go through |
|---|---|
| Record hygiene | Duplicate contacts and companies, records with no owner, and contacts with no activity in the last 90, 180, and 365 days. |
| Pipeline integrity | Deals with no next step, deals with a close date already in the past, stages nothing ever moves through, and how long deals really sit in each one. |
| Capture and adoption | What share of meetings and emails are actually landing against records, which reps log activity and which do not, and which properties are empty on almost every record. |
| Automation debt | Active workflows that have not fired in months, and automations still running against fields or stages nobody uses any more. |
| Seat and tier fit | Paid seats against people who actually log in, and which tier features you are paying for but not using. |
The last row is usually the one that matters most. Sales Hub Professional runs $90 to $100 per seat per month plus a $1,500 onboarding fee, and Enterprise starts at $150 per seat plus $3,500 (verified August 8, 2026 on our pricing index). Three or four dormant seats is usually enough to fund whatever else needs fixing.
What you get
A written summary afterwards: what we found, what it's costing you, and what we'd address first. Share it with your team, pass it to whoever administers HubSpot, or do nothing with it. There's no gate on it and no follow-up sequence.
How it works
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Book | Pick a slot. Around 45 minutes. |
| 2. Share your screen | You open HubSpot and walk us through it. Nothing to connect, no credentials to hand over, nothing installed. |
| 3. We talk you through it | We know which reports and settings hold the answers, so we point you at them and read the numbers with you as they come up. |
| 4. The conversation | You know why the portal looks the way it does. That context, set against the numbers on screen, is usually where the value is. |
| 5. Summary | Written up and sent within a day. |
When this is not worth your time
A few situations where it won't be worth it:
You went live in the last few months. There isn't enough history in there yet. Give it a couple of quarters.
Fewer than about five people use the CRM. At that size you can see the problems yourself.
Your portal is well run. Some are. With a dedicated admin and a process that holds, there's little here you don't already know, and we won't manufacture findings to justify the call.
You want someone to go in and fix it. That's a RevOps consultancy. We can tell you what's broken, but we build a CRM. We don't take on HubSpot clean-up work.
Who we are
Ahoy is an AI-native CRM. It captures email, calls and meetings automatically instead of asking reps to log them, then prepares the next moves for one-tap approval. That's the product we sell, and it's the reason we're interested in what is sitting inside your HubSpot portal.
The sessions are run by one of our founders. The founding team each spent about a decade at HubSpot leading CRM engineering and product design, so the ground is familiar. If they prove useful to enough teams, we'll bring more of the team into them.
Frequently asked questions
What is a HubSpot audit? A review of what's actually in your portal, with numbers against it: duplicate and unowned records, deals nobody ever closed, pipeline stages nothing moves through, workflows that stopped firing, and paid seats against who logs in. Ours runs 45 minutes and you get it written up afterwards.
How much does a HubSpot audit cost? Ours is free. Consultancies charge for these because the audit is how they sell the clean-up project that follows. We don't do clean-up work, so there's nothing to sell you into.
What access do you need? None. You share your screen and walk us through it on the call. We don't connect to your portal, ask for credentials, or install anything, so there's nothing for your security team to review.
Is this a sales call? We build a CRM, so no, we're not neutral and won't pretend to be. The summary stands on its own, and "you're fine where you are" is a conclusion we're happy to reach.
Do I have to be thinking about switching? No. Most of what turns up is fixable inside HubSpot. Take the list and do that.
