Calls and texts in the CRM, and 30 currencies with live rates

A big week, with one theme: Ahoy meeting more of your stack where it lives. Your phone system now feeds the CRM, booking links do more of the qualifying for you, and money works in a lot more currencies.

Calls and texts, in the CRM

The headline this week: Quo (OpenPhone) telephony integration. Connect your Quo account and calls and text messages land on the right records as they happen, with call transcripts and summaries captured alongside them - so the conversation that closed the deal is on the deal.

You stay in control at connect time: choose whether to import your existing call and text history, and whether Ahoy should create contacts for numbers it does not recognize.

Thirty currencies, live rates

Currency support expanded from a handful to the full ECB set of around 30 currencies, with exchange rates that update daily. Deals carry the currency they were sold in, conversions use live rates rather than stale constants, and the currency picker gained search and a Popular currencies section so the ones you use are one keystroke away.

Booking links that ask your questions

Booking links can now carry custom questions. Build them in the editor, and the public booking form renders and validates them when someone grabs time with you. Answers do real work: they can fill contact properties automatically and appear on the meeting, so you walk in knowing what the other side already told you.

A faster way around

The sidebar's top-level sections now collapse, so navigation shows the areas you use and folds away the rest. Clicking a reminder or task card can change its status in one tap, a Merge records action landed on the record slideout, the chat console picked up a redesign, and a round of polish hit pipeline interactions, saved views, and time formatting.

Imports that keep your history

Large CSV imports now open with a summary-first review, and Ahoy warns you before importing the same file twice. Columns can map onto the created and last-activity system timestamps, so records you bring in keep their real history instead of all appearing born today - and multi-value properties import cleanly.
