Speed week: near-instant approvals, Cmd+K everything, and booking without the round trip
A week spent taking the waiting out of Ahoy. Approving AI actions now feels almost instant, Cmd+K searches everything you can read, records open noticeably faster, outgoing emails preview in one click, and your booking page opens on your own site instead of sending visitors away.
Call it speed week. Nothing new to learn, no workflows to relearn - the same Ahoy with the waiting removed. Approvals are near-instant, search is one keystroke from anywhere, records open faster, an email is one click from verified, and booking a meeting no longer means leaving your site.
Look back through past AI actions
The AI Actions panel now keeps your history in view: scroll back through actions that are already handled - done, withdrawn, or rejected - not just the ones waiting for you. Approving got a speed pass too: tapping approve should now feel almost instant.
See the email before it sends
Every email an agent prepares now has a Preview button in the confirmation modal that renders the message exactly as it will arrive - signature, formatting, recipients. Follow-ups thread into the existing conversation instead of starting a new one, and doubled signatures are gone. Trust, but verify, in one click.
Search that finds everything
Global search was rebuilt: hit Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) from anywhere and search across everything you can read - contacts, companies, deals, meetings, and your custom objects too - in one fast surface.
Your booking page, on your own site
Booking links stopped meaning a trip to another tab. If your site already runs the Ahoy tracking code, there is nothing new to install: grab the embed markup from your booking link's Share menu, add it to your buttons and links, and they open your booking page in a modal over your site - visitors book without leaving, and the meeting lands in the CRM linked to the right contact and deal. It works with short links and named links alike, falls back to a new tab if the script has not loaded yet, and the New Booking Link panel was redesigned around collapsible sections while we were in there. The Book a demo buttons on ahoy.ai run on this exact embed.
Also this week
- Pipeline board: after you drop a card, the board follows it to its re-sorted position instead of losing it
- Switching the pipeline from kanban to table view keeps your current filters applied
- Records open noticeably faster
- Daily and weekly briefs send when there is something new and stay quiet when there is not - and dismissed meetings no longer sneak into the digest
- The chat agent addresses you as you - never as 'the user'. Nobody wants to be talked about in the third person by their own CRM
