File attachments and pipeline cards your way

A busy week across the app - a few new capabilities, and a round of upgrades to things you already use.

Attach files to any record

Records now have a Files tab. Upload a contract, a deck, or a screenshot straight onto a contact, company, or deal, then view, download, or detach it whenever you need. The files live with the record, so the whole context of a relationship, not just the emails and notes, sits in one place.

Pipeline cards, your way

You can now choose which fields show on your pipeline cards. Pick the properties and related records that matter to how your team works from the board toolbar, and the layout sticks. It's saved on the pipeline and shared with your team on every device, not just the browser you set it in.

Also this week

• Meetings now prepare and update themselves: a same-day booking gets prepped right away instead of waiting for the next scheduled run, and when a meeting is canceled, rescheduled, or its attendees change, the record and its prep follow.
• Reporting gains a count measure for how many records match, clearer Sum of Amount labels on money totals, and open-deal reports that leave out won and lost stages.
• The import wizard can now update the records you already have - match on the columns you choose, and a re-import updates them instead of creating duplicates.
