Microsoft 365 support, HIPAA compliance, and reimagined reporting
Two milestones land this week - Microsoft 365 support and HIPAA compliance - plus a ground-up rebuild of reporting that's now both traditional and conversational.
A milestone week, with two releases we're especially glad to ship.
Microsoft 365 support
Ahoy now supports Microsoft 365. Connect your Outlook account and email and calendar work just like they do on Google - sending, replies, and capture on the mail side, availability on the calendar side - so your work lands on the right records whichever provider you're on.
HIPAA compliance
Ahoy is now officially HIPAA compliant, so teams that handle protected health information can use it with that requirement met. BAAs are available, as are security questionnaires for your security and procurement reviews.
Reporting, reimagined
Reporting has been rebuilt from the ground up, and it now works two ways. Build it yourself with dashboards, quick report chips, and charts that pick themselves from the shape of your data - or just ask in plain language and Ahoy assembles the report for you. New dashboards populate on their own, AI insight chips surface what's worth a look, and the labels are plain English throughout.
Also this week
- Bidirectional Mailchimp integration: contacts and audiences stay in sync both ways, so a change in Ahoy or in Mailchimp shows up in the other without manual exports.
- Field-level visibility: choose which fields each team can see, so sensitive properties stay with the people who should have them.
- Stale deal nudges: Ahoy flags deals that have gone quiet, so nothing slips.
- Records are no longer capped at 1,000 connections, and the slideout overview surfaces more of a record's linked people and related records at a glance.
