Booking links, full-page records, and email tracking
Three changes are now available to everyone: a booking link you can share to schedule meetings, a full-page view for every record, and email open tracking.
A short week, but a useful one. A few changes that take friction out of the everyday.
Share a booking link
Booking links now live under the new Meetings section. Set your meeting types and availability once, then share a single link, like meet.ahoy.ai/your-name, or a short code. When someone books, the meeting goes straight onto your calendar and into Ahoy, already linked to the right contact and deal, so the context is on the record before the call even starts.
Open any record as a full page
Contacts, companies, and deals can now open as a full page, not just the quick slideout. It's a roomier view for when you want the whole picture: the overview, an AI summary, recent activity, and the emails, meetings, notes, and contacts tied to that record, all in one place. Open it from any list, edit in place, and use whichever view suits the moment.
See when your emails get opened
Turn on email tracking and Ahoy lets you know when a message you've sent gets opened, and how often. Each open lands on the contact's timeline, so you can tell who's engaging and time your follow-up for when you're already on their mind.
