Capture leads from your website

Build a form, add it to your site, and submissions flow straight into Ahoy. Each one creates or updates the right contact and company and lands on the timeline, so a new lead is in your pipeline the moment someone hits submit, with nothing to export or copy over. Manage your forms from the new Websites tab in settings.

Map fields, link records, and bring in Excel

The import wizard now handles the fiddly parts for you. Drop in an Excel or CSV file, match each column to the right field (creating new ones inline if you need them), and link rows to the contacts, companies, and people you already have, so your data arrives connected rather than as a separate island.

Not happy with how it mapped? Adjust and re-run without starting over. And re-importing the same file updates your existing records instead of creating duplicates, so a second pass is always safe.

We've redesigned how Ahoy shows its thinking in chat. As it works through a request, the steps are easier to follow and update as it goes, so it's always clear what Ahoy is doing and why.
