// What's New
Pipelines in order, threaded replies, transcripts in your language
Drag your pipelines into the order you work in, and the first one is your default. Email replies in AI Actions now show the thread they answer, all in one card. Notetaker transcribes meetings in the language they're held in.
Put your pipelines in order
In Settings, under Pipelines, drag a record type's pipelines into the order you want. The sidebar follows the same order, for everyone on your team.
The pipeline in first place is the default. Click Set as default pipeline next to a pipeline and it moves to the top.
See the thread you're replying to
An email reply in AI Actions is now one card. The thread's subject is its title, and the latest message shows in full above your draft. Earlier messages sit on one line each, and older ones fold behind a link like 3 earlier messages.
Click View thread to open the whole conversation. Track opens and Preview email are in the card's menu.
In the draft, Enter starts a new line, the way it does in Gmail.
Transcripts in the language you spoke
Notetaker now transcribes a meeting in the language it's held in, so a call in French gets a French transcript. It works out the language on its own, with nothing to set up.
The summary is still written in the language you usually get it in.
Bring in the rows an import left behind
When an import finishes with rows it couldn't bring in, click Fix and import the remaining rows on its summary. Ahoy starts a new import of just those rows, with the same files and column mappings. Fix them in review and run it.
Rows that made it in the first time are skipped, so nothing is imported twice. The new import appears in your imports list with "(remaining rows)" after its name.
See what an approval did
When you approve an action, the confirmation now says what happened and to what, like "Moved Acme to Negotiation". Click View to open the result.
When an AI Action carries two or three actions, the confirmation lists each one. If only part of an action could run, it says so.
Also new
- On Windows and Linux, the sidebar's shortcuts now use Ctrl+Alt with a letter (like Ctrl+Alt+C for Chat)
- Turn on Hide notes field on a booking type to leave the notes box off its booking page
- A custom question on a booking link can save its answer to the booker's company, like its name or website
- When the agent suggests a new pipeline, edit its stages, fields, and template on the card before you approve it
- Drag a contact's emails into order, and the first one is marked Primary
- If you book a meeting yourself, Ahoy removes the matching invite from an AI Action and keeps the rest of the action
- Actions about an email you send or receive come to you, not to teammates who own the contact or deal
- The agent learns your writing style from emails you wrote, not from drafts it wrote for you
- Your dashboard lists the tasks assigned to you, and unassigned ones stay on the calendar
- A contact's timeline shows the emails they were on, even in a shared thread
- Records linked to thousands of others open faster
Fixes
The polishes across Ahoy these two weeks.
- A record you've just created shows its name on boards, the calendar, and your dashboard right away
- Timeline entries about a related record name that record
- The totals row on a list adds up just the records your search finds
- Notetaker joins a rescheduled meeting at its new time
- The agent's email replies stay in their thread when a teammate is on it, and when you ask for edits in chat
- Cmd+Enter (Ctrl+Enter on Windows) approves an action from any field on its card, like an email subject
- Actions that are approved automatically go straight to Done, without showing in your AI Actions list first
- Go to dashboard on an invite you've already accepted takes you to the team that invited you
