Who we're looking for

Founding engineers with strong fundamentals, a builder's mindset, and the appetite to own systems end-to-end. We hire across the stack — backend, frontend, design engineering, full-stack — and across levels from ambitious early-career through staff.

• Backend: Python, distributed systems, databases, API design, AI/ML integration.
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, performance, real-time UIs, and the patience to make complex workflows feel simple.
• Design Engineering: Strong frontend chops paired with design judgement — you can build the thing AND make it beautiful.
• All levels: From early-career engineers with sharp instincts to staff-level technical leaders who've shipped at scale.
