- Verification: Please send the request from the email address associated with your account, or be prepared to verify your identity
Privacy Protection: We verify all deletion requests to protect against unauthorized access. This may require additional verification steps to confirm your identity.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your data deletion request:
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days
- Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletions
- Processing: Your personal data will be deleted from active systems within 30 days of verification
- Backup Deletion: Backup copies will be deleted within 90 days
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete
