This isn't a typical assistant role. You'll be a strategic partner to our founders, helping translate vision into execution while building the operational foundation for rapid scaling.

The Role

As Chief of Staff, you'll serve as the central nervous system of our growing company. You'll work directly with founders on high-impact initiatives, streamline operations, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks as we scale from startup to scale-up.

You'll wear many hats: strategic planner, project manager, external relations coordinator, and internal efficiency optimizer. Your work will directly influence how quickly and effectively we can execute on our mission to revolutionize CRM.

Core Responsibilities

Go-to-Market & Strategic Operations

  • Support go-to-market strategy development including market analysis, customer segmentation, and launch planning
  • Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of founders
  • Coordinate customer outreach, demo scheduling, and early customer feedback collection
  • Prepare board materials, investor updates, and strategic planning documents
  • Research and analyze market opportunities, competitive landscape, and strategic partnerships
  • Support fundraising activities including deck preparation and investor communications

Executive Support

  • Manage founder calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate complex scheduling
  • Serve as primary point of contact for external stakeholders and high-priority internal communications
  • Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and follow-up actions for key meetings
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Business Operations

  • Optimize internal processes and implement systems to support team productivity
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and HR teams on company operations
  • Manage special projects including office setup, team events, and company culture initiatives
  • Support recruiting efforts including candidate coordination and interview logistics

Communication & Coordination

  • Facilitate communication between founders and team members
  • Coordinate customer meetings, demo preparations, and client relationship management
  • Support marketing and PR initiatives including event planning and content coordination
  • Maintain company documentation and ensure information accessibility

Required Experience

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience at a high-growth startup or fast-paced technology company
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management abilities with experience managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Background

  • Experience supporting C-level executives or founders
  • Background in management consulting, investment banking, or strategic roles
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS business models and metrics
  • Experience with fundraising processes and investor relations
  • Knowledge of CRM, sales, or marketing technology landscape
