Referral Bounty
Any Founding Engineering Role
We're seeking exceptional engineers across all disciplines - backend, frontend, design engineering, or full-stack - who can help build our AI-native CRM from the ground up as founding team members.
- Backend Engineers: 1-8+ years experience with Python, distributed systems, databases, and API design
- Design Engineers: 3-5+ years combining frontend development (React, TypeScript) with strong design skills
- Full-Stack Engineers: Experience across the stack with strong fundamentals in modern web technologies
- All Levels Welcome: From ambitious early-career engineers to seasoned staff-level technical leaders
- Founding Mindset: Startup energy, ownership mentality, and excitement about AI/ML technologies
Referral Process
Identify Great Engineers
Think of talented engineers in your network who would thrive as founding team members. Look for technical excellence, startup experience, and growth mindset.
Get Their Permission
Reach out to your contact and gauge their interest in a founding engineering role at an AI-native CRM startup. Ensure they're open to being introduced.
Make the Introduction
Email [email protected] with subject "Engineering Referral - [Role] - [Name]". Include their background, why they'd be great, and confirm their interest.
We Take It From Here
Our team will reach out directly to your referral within 24 hours. We'll keep you updated on their progress through our interview process.
Get Paid on Success
If your referral joins Ahoy and successfully completes their 6-month probationary period, you receive €10,000 within 30 days of completion.

Program Guidelines
Eligibility
- Open to anyone worldwide (excluding regions under international sanctions)
- Ahoy employees and immediate family members are not eligible
- Referrals must be new to Ahoy (not previously in our hiring pipeline)
- Referrers must be able to receive payments via bank transfer or PayPal
Payment Terms
- €10,000 bounty paid only after successful hire completion of 6-month probationary period
- Payment processed within 30 days of probation completion
- One bounty per successful hire, regardless of multiple referrers
- Bounty amount is at Ahoy's sole discretion and subject to hire completing probation
- Tax obligations are the responsibility of the referrer
Important Notes
- Referrals must genuinely know and endorse the candidate
- No mass submissions or recruiter-style outreach
- Ahoy reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time
- Final hiring decisions are solely at Ahoy's discretion
- Multiple referrals for the same person will credit the first referrer only
